BEET SOWING SYSTEM :
This system exists only with production of our firm among the currently manufactured compatible pneumatic sowing machines and a paralellogram system was inserted to this system. The distinct characteristic of this system is that it maintains the sowing deepness at a fixed adjustment. The most innovative future which way be deemed as a revolution in the beet sowing is the pressure (blowing) system proportion with suction power placed on the vacuum cell to provide the seeds leaving the plate and fall to the sowing bed at appropriate time and manner. If this system does not exist. The seeds on the plate shall freely and irregularly fall and then accurate sowing cannot be accomplished.
DIRECT SEEDING : In Dırect seeding, On to the seeding unit to claw the old stubble and make stubble seeding the 2 double disc have been assembled.
SYSTEM OF PLANT WITH BIG SEED:
It is possible to put the system into this system easily by fixing it with the two screws on the paralellogram system unit chasis which is prepared suitable for beet sowing and removing the whell on the front. There is a pressure system with spring and unlimited steps which was mode universally in all these mechanism and which provides the possibility of sowing in to the desired maximum depth among pneumatic sowing machines manufactured in Türkiye this system is found only in the sowing machines of “SÖNMEZLER”.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

ASPIRATOR:
It is manufactured to provide max 130mbar suction power (at 500 U/min), it provides fuel saving by providing high sution power at low motor revolution speed. It sows very coarser seeds easily. Since air direction in manufactured towards to back pesticides do not bring and damage to the operator in sowing with which the powdered chemical spraying is made.
THREE POINT LINKAGE SYSTEM:
In orders use shaft without cutting the tractor side arm connections are made in there steps with 5 cm. distance in between.
SHAFT:
Shaft is freely return and coupled. It absorbs the motor braking load which may form during at low speeding at field border returns during sowing without giving such load to the aspirator belt. Hence, the life of the belt and gears on the tractor back side axle is extended.
MOTION TRANSMISSION LAYOUT:
It transmits the motion given by the motion transmission wheel to sowing units through claim gears. It has 2 to 77.5 cm table top adjustment capability. As a distinction from other pneumatic sowing machines, the highed transmission wheels are peculiar to our firm’s production. Hence, even in the fields on which sowing preparation under reasonable conditions cannot be made, it provides uniform sowing deepness by eliminating sowing deepness difference which forms from the irregularities on the field.
